What are your customer service hours?
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm HKT. Emails sent outside these hours will be answered the following business day.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify it.
