PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 pm HKT will begin processing on the following business day. During peak periods such as holidays and sale events, processing may extend to 3 business days — we will notify you by email if this applies to your order.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Velvet has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to activate. You can track your parcel at any time through the link provided in your email.
PACKAGING
Every Velvet order arrives in our signature matte black box, tissue-wrapped and sealed. Ideal for gifting — please indicate at checkout if you would like a gift message included, and we will hand-write it on our branded card at no extra charge.
