ORDERS & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at hello@heyjojogo.com. Once fulfilment has begun, we cannot make changes. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Completely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payment data is handled by Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure. We never store your card details.

SIZING & FIT

How do I find my size?

Visit our Size Guide for detailed measurement instructions and size charts specific to each product category — lingerie, swimwear, and shapewear all measure differently. If you're between sizes, we always recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Do your sizes run small or large?

Our lingerie and swimwear are designed to be true to size. Shapewear is designed to be worn one size down for firm control, or true-to-size for everyday smoothing. Individual product pages include specific fit notes and measurement references.

Can I get personalised fit advice?

Absolutely. Send your measurements (underbust, bust, waist, hip in cm) to hello@heyjojogo.com and our team will recommend the right size and style for your body.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

Hong Kong standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Express next-day delivery is available within HK. International delivery timelines vary by region — see our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all Hong Kong orders over HK$400.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by our courier partner.

RETURNS & CARE

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition with tags attached. Underwear and swimwear briefs are final sale for hygiene reasons. See our full Returns & Refunds policy.

How do I care for my Velvet pieces?

Each product page includes detailed care instructions specific to that item's fabric composition. As a general rule: hand wash delicate lace and silk pieces in cool water with a mild detergent, and always lay flat or hang to dry. Never wring, bleach, or tumble-dry lingerie.
